The best way for us to make a reamer, for your custom design, is for you to put your bullet and brass together (No primer or powder please!) to the seating depth that will work best for your application, and send it in to us.
We will use our top-of-the-line measuring equipment to measure your sample round, add appropriate clearances, and draw you a custom reamer print to match exactly what you will be shooting. You'll then be able to review your print and make any adjustments you feel necessary prior to production of your tool.
